Export Crosstabs

 

1: Export Crosstabs

To export crosstabs, first run your crosstab, then open the "export" menu and select the export format.

To configure your preferences before exporting, click on the settings icon  for your desired export format and adjust the preferences.

1.1: Excel

The Excel format will export the data into one Excel document, with the summary on the first worksheet. Percentages and counts are available on their own worksheets.

1.1.1: Excel Export Preferences

When you click on the settings icon  for the Excel export, the preferences window will appear with the following options:

  • Metrics:
    • Percentages
    • Counts
  • Layout:
    • Single Sheet
    • Separate Sheets
  • Extras:
    • Show Sig Testing

1.2: PowerPoint

The PowerPoint format will export the data into PowerPoint with the elements broken out into slides. All of the standard editing options are available.

1.2.1: PowerPoint Export Preferences

When you click on the icon  for the PowerPoint export, the preferences window will appear with the following options:

  • Chart Properties:
    • Question Title
    • Gridlines
    • Data labels
    • Legend Position
  • Metrics:
    • Percentages
    • Counts
  • Extras:
    • Include Charts
    • Show Sig Testing

1.2.2: PowerPoint w / Charts

The PowerPoint with charts format is the same as the PowerPoint export, but it will also include any charts you've set up in your crosstabs report. The elements and charts are broken out into slides. All of the standard editing options are available.

To export PowerPoint with charts, select the settings icon  for the PowerPoint export (in the "Exports" menu). Then check the box for "Include Charts" in the "Extras" and click "Save". You can then select the PowerPoint export and charts will be included.

1.3: PDF

The PDF format allows you to export the data into PDF with the elements broken out into individual pages, including any charts you've added in Crosstabs. All of the standard editing options are available.
